Orders

By placing an order on Halafoods, you confirm that the delivery details you provide (name, mobile number, and address) are accurate. Orders are confirmed once placed and cannot be modified after the kitchen begins preparation; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Pricing & payment

All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected as cash on delivery / pickup, as selected at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and order volume. A delivery fee may apply depending on your order total and the delivery option selected - see the checkout page for current rates and any free-delivery threshold in effect.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in preparation may not be eligible for cancellation.
